CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

At Vastrachowk.com we are committed to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible from the very beginning of placing an order to delivery of the product. 

We put our hard efforts to keep our customers happy, but there are some circumstances that you might need to return/ exchange your product. 

You may refer below the cancellation, refund and exchange policy:

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order?

  • Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of placing an order.
    You either cancel your order through website ‘my account’. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via email.
  • Once 24 hours have passed the cancellation option will not be available.

 

 

Why I cannot cancel my order after "24 Hours"?

As soon as your order is confirmed, in most cases, the intial process of picking, packaging, customizing, logistics and internal management are initiated at our end.

 

 

If any unavoidable circumstances encounter at vastrachowk?

We make sure that your ordered products are shipped out to you in the committed time, but due to uncertainty there are chances of delay in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances. In such a situation, we will send you a mail and we will assist you with the process.

What if I missed adding an important detail while placing the order. Is there any possibility of correcting it?

No worries. Such situations are often encountered when customers need to:

  1. Update their complete shipping details.
  2. Update measurement for customization.
  3. Update their contact details (Email ID and phone number).

You may update the above-mentioned details within 24 hours from placing an order, for updating any of the details you please write us an email and request for up-dation then our team will contact you as soon as possible and assist you.

 

RETURN POLICY


  1. Customized Products

When I received an order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?

Yes, you can. We put our hard efforts to deliver your orders in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that:

  1. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get notice during quality control check.
  2. A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.
  3. If we failed to deliver the product within committed timeline.
  4. If we failed to deliver the product with wrong measurement, design and color.

In the above cases, you can freely return the unused and untagged product. For this first you have to write us an email online@vastrachowk.com with order details, issue and proof of defect such as photo/ video. Then we will check the same and confirm you for return within 24 hours (business hours) once you received an email confirmation then you will send us the product at our warehouse.  

 

  1. Ready to ship Products

 In what cases would we not accept any returns?

We do not accept any returns if the product is received to us at our warehouse:

  • after 7 days from the date of delivery made to you- within India.
  • after 8 weeks from the date of delivery made to you- outside India.

 

In what cases I need to pay the return shipping cost? 

  • If we failed to make you a happy delivery and not fulfilled the commencements as mentioned above, then we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • However, if you ordered a ready to ship product and you don’t like the product then the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

 

What is the dispatch address to which I should send my products to return after I receive the Return Accepted e-mail?

REFUND POLICY

 

  1. Refunds are granted after the goods received at our warehouse and a quality check is performed.
